MERIDIAN KESSLER and WILLIAMS CREEK
Meridian Kessler was a vision for George Kessler. He designed Maple Road into a grand urban parkway to form a network of parks and boulevards to connect the City of Indianapolis. By the early 1920s the area became one of the most prestigious addresses in Indianapolis. As the Meridian Kessler area filled up, they continued their northern migration beyond the city limits to tony communities, Meridian Hills and Williams Creek which have expanded and incorporated in the last decade.
